Terms of Service

By accessing or using the GlobalFitReg platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including individual fitness professionals, enterprise accounts, and public users verifying credentials.

GlobalFitReg is the Global Fitness Registration Platform — an international credential verification registry for fitness professionals. Our Service includes:

• A public registry of verified fitness professionals and their certifications

• Tools for fitness professionals to upload, manage, and share their credentials

• Enterprise tools for employers to verify employee credentials in bulk

• Certificate issuance capabilities for approved enterprise partners

• Public certificate verification via unique verification links

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

When submitting certifications to GlobalFitReg, you represent and warrant that:

• All submitted credentials are genuine, current, and accurately described

• You are the rightful holder of the certifications you submit

• You have not altered, falsified, or misrepresented any credential information

• You will promptly update or remove credentials that have expired or been revoked

GlobalFitReg reserves the right to verify, reject, or remove any credential that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, expired, or misrepresented. Submission of false credentials may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

By registering on GlobalFitReg, you acknowledge and consent that:

• Your name, certification type, issuing organization, issue date, expiry date, and active status will be publicly visible in the GlobalFitReg registry

• Your public profile may be accessed by employers, consumers, healthcare providers, and other third parties

• A unique verification URL will be generated for each of your verified certificates

Enterprise accounts are subject to additional terms:

• Enterprise accounts require approval by GlobalFitReg before activation

• A deposit may be required for certificate issuance capabilities

• Enterprise users may only verify credentials of individuals who have consented to such verification

• Bulk verification data may not be used for purposes other than legitimate employment screening

• Enterprise accounts that misuse the platform will be terminated without refund

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent credential information

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code

• Use automated tools to access the Service without our express written permission

The GlobalFitReg platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by GlobalFitReg and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission

• Use our trademarks or logos without prior written consent

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

You retain ownership of the credential documents you upload. By uploading, you grant GlobalFitReg a limited license to display and verify your credentials as part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GlobalFitReg does not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of credential information submitted by users

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

• That verification results will be accepted by all employers or institutions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalFitReg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Submission of fraudulent credentials

• Conduct that harms other users or the integrity of the registry

• Non-payment of applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time through your Settings page. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed, though we may retain certain records as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
